At Aspire International School, our Early Years programme is where the love of learning begins. We provide a happy, secure, and inspiring start to school life for children aged 3 to 5, combining structured learning with creative play and personal discovery.

Starting school is a big step, and our Pre-Nursery class helps children make that transition with joy and confidence. In a safe, nurturing environment, we introduce daily routines, encourage social skills, and begin gently guided learning through play.
Children explore language, numbers, music, and motor skills in ways that spark curiosity and build self-esteem — all while having fun.
Enrol NowNursery (Ages 3–4)
Our Nursery class provides a stimulating and structured introduction to school life. Children begin to engage more deeply with early learning, supported by highly qualified teachers and support staff.
We focus on developing the whole child — socially, emotionally, physically, and intellectually — with an emphasis on language development, pre-reading, early maths, and exploration of the world around them.
Phonics is introduced using the Jolly Phonics programme, which continues through Reception and beyond to support early literacy.
Reception (Ages 4–5)
In Reception, children are ready to embrace greater challenges. Our environment is designed to support growing independence, confidence, and problem-solving skills.
Learning takes place both indoors and outdoors, with imaginative, hands-on activities tailored to the child’s interests and developmental needs. Emphasis is placed on creativity, communication, risk-taking, and critical thinking — all in preparation for a successful transition to Year 1.

What is the difference between preschool, nursery, and kindergarten?
These are different terms used in different countries, but all refer to early childhood education for ages 3–5. At Aspire, we welcome children from all backgrounds and use the best international practices to support your child’s learning journey.
What curriculum does Aspire Preschool follow?
We follow the British National Curriculum, enriched with real-world learning, arts, and sport. This provides a balanced foundation in core subjects like English, Maths, Science, and Humanities.
